Asian PX prices edge higher past week

Paraxylene prices went up in Asia in the last week due to optimistic buying trends in the region.
In Korea, average prices stepped up by US$ 5/ton and assessed at US$ 830/ton in the last week, a lift of 0.61 per cent compared to previous week.
In SE Asia, average prices marched higher by US$ 5/ton and quoted at US$ 845/ton in the last week, showing a gain of 0.60 per cent over previous week.
In Taiwan, average prices improved by US$ 5/ton and recorded at US$ 850/ton in the last week, a climb of 0.59 per cent compared to previous week.
