Asian PX prices hike last week

Paraxylene prices marched higher in Asia in the last week with the support of optimistic buying sentiments in the region.
In Korea, average prices improved by US$ 5/ton and assessed at US$ 930/ton in the last week, a jump of 0.54 per cent compared to the previous week.
In SE Asia, average prices advanced by US$ 5/ton and settled at US$ 945/ton in the last week, showing a gain of 0.53 per cent over the previous week.
In Taiwan, average prices soared by US$ 5/ton and quoted at US$ 950 in the last week as compared to the previous week, a growth of 0.53 per cent.
