Australia's apparel imports rise 9.6% to $4.97 bn in Jul-Jan

Australia's imports of apparel and clothing accessories rose by ****.*4 per cent to Au$****** billion (~$**** billion) in July 2024–January 2025, while textile imports also increased.

Imports of textile yarn, fabrics, made-up articles, and related products rose to Au$*** million in January ****, compared to Au$*** million in January ****. Meanwhile, fibre imports declined to Au$* million from Au$** million in January ****.
