Benzene prices climb in Europe & US last week

Benzene prices climbed up in Europe and the US in the last week ended Nov 6 from gain in upstream energy prices in the region.
In Europe, average prices rose by US$ 25/ton or 3.97 per cent and were quoted at US$ 655/ton in the last week, as compared to its previous week.
In US, average prices climbed by 10 cents/gallon and were assessed at 225 cents/gallon in the last week, up 4.65 percent as against its prior week.
