Benzene prices reduce in US past week

Benzene prices plunged in US in the last week due to thin business activity in the region.
In US, average prices turned down by 5 cents/gallon and quoted at 290 cents/gallon, a reduction of 1.69 per cent as compared to the previous week.
Meanwhile in Europe, average prices reduced sharply by US$ 35/ton and assessed at US$ 845/ton in the previous week, a fall of 3.98 per cent as compared to the last week due to sluggish regional buying trends.
