Benzene prices soar sharply in Europe last week

Benzene prices showed a sharp hike in Europe in the last week due to good buying inquiries in the region.
In Europe, average prices rose by US$ 40/ton and secured at US$ 920/ton in the last week as compared to the previous week, a surge of 4.55 per cent.
Meanwhile in US, average prices stayed stable and secured at 285 cents/gallon in the last week as compared to the previous week due to subdued business activity in the region.
