Timed to coincide with the pre-collections calendar, Blossom Première Vision thus complements the Première Vision Paris calendar, which targets the main collections.
At the heart of the new innovations proposed by exhibitors, the development of eco-responsible materials and production processes is taking on an ever more important role each season.
For Spring Summer 2021, Blossom Première Vision is strengthening its offer with the exclusive and creative proposals of 120 selected exhibitors: new product developments, material innovations, colour orientations, eco-responsible creations.
This highly qualitative offer, ever more creative and in line with the requirements of leather goods, footwear and clothing designers, is being enhanced this season with 11 new companies. There will be 82 weavers (8 new ones), 28 tanners (2 new ones) and 8 accessory and component manufacturers (1 new one).
For its new edition, Blossom Première Vision will offer for the first time a Smart Creation conference.
Hosted by Gildas Minvielle, director of the IFM Economic Observatory, Marina Coutelan, fashion coordinator for Smart Creation Première Vision, and Pascal Morand, executive president of the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode, this conference will provide the keys to an informed sourcing to understand the values of contemporary fashion as effectively as possible.
Consumers’ expectations in terms of sustainable fashion but also decoding materials and strong points by market, these will be the topics addressed during the various interventions.
Since its creation in 2015, the Smart Creation platform for study and information has promoted the responsible approaches of exhibitors, showcasing a new generation of values combining creativity, innovation and sustainability. Its goal is to create new perspectives and new competitive advantages for the entire creative fashion industry, accompanied by opportunities for business development.
Launched in September 2018, the Marketplace Première Vision is now open to weavers, tanners and accessory manufacturers from Première Vision shows, as well as weavers from the Denim Première Vision show. Nearly 10,000 products are available online today. Next February, the B2B platform will host Première Vision Yarns yarns and fibres.
