Carpet & Rug Institute hosts informative booth at NeoCon

The Carpet and Rug Institute was an exhibitor at NeoCon (National Expo on Contract Furnishing) from June 9-11 at the Merchandise Mart in Chicago, IL.

NeoCon offers attendees access to the latest innovative products, educational seminars and networking opportunities. CRI staff hosted a booth at the show to inform attendees about the benefits of carpet and rugs along with CRI's many programs and resources.

A number of CRI member manufacturers were honored with Best of NeoCon Awards during the show. Those recognized include Milliken, Patcraft, Shaw Contract Group, AquafilUSA and Tandus Centiva.

CRI staff distributed copies of the new Model Specification for Commercial Carpet, a tool for anyone who needs to specify carpet for commercial facilities. Staff also handed out Carpet Cleaning Tips for Dummies (available for purchase here) and other free resources.

Architects, designers, and other professionals from 88 different businesses and organizations visited the CRI booth during the three-day show.
