Constant demand pushes up European ethylene prices

Ethylene prices moved up in Europe in the last week due to constant product demand in the region.
In Europe, average prices surged by US$ 30/ton and quoted at US$ 1085/ton in the last week, a rise of 2.84 per cent as compared to the previous week.
Meanwhile in US, average prices decreased by 1 cents/pound and assessed at 19 cents/pound in
the last week, a fall of 5 per cent as compared to previous week due to weak trading activity in the region.
