Epson displays latest printing technology at ITMA

All three companies are displaying solutions uniquely at ITMA in hall 18 stands D101-D102-D103 covering the entire printing process.

Epson has displayed its Epson Stylus Pro 4900 SpectroProofing edition, Epson SureColor SC-S70600, Epson SureColor SC-F9200, and Epson SureColor SC-F2000 at ITMA 2015, which will be running till 19 November.

The Epson SureColor SC-S70600 is an inkjet printer with innovative application for high fashion segment, specially in the field of accessories and plastic-coated fabric printing. A printer for rolled material up to 64 inches wide, it can be used for printing logos, graphics, and embellishments and is available in 8 to 10 colours.

Epson SureColor SC-F9200 is a 64 inch dye sublimation printer with dual print head which can be used for wide range of fabrics for garments. Combined with the Epson UltraChrome DS range, it is possible to get prints on fabrics with sharp details and bright colours. The UltraChrome inks offer a cheaper cost per square metre.

Also on exhibit is the Epson SureColor SC-F2000, which is a Direct-To- Garment (DTG) printer perfect for direct printing on clothing and customised T-shirts and cotton polo shirts. Thanks to the single platen and adjustable height, you can print directly onto finished clothes up to 25 mm thick. The SureColor SC-F2000 printer ensures smooth shading, defined contours, and a wide range of bright colours. It is Oeko-Tex certified making it safe for printing on fabrics for children and babies.

The Epson Stylus Pro 4900 SpectroProofing Edition comes with 98 per cent Pantone colours coverage and offers excellent colour accuracy and exceptional functionality for remote proofing which makes it a valuable tool for digital designers. It can print on a wide range of materials and is energy efficient.  (HO)
