Ethylene prices increase in Europe last week

Ethylene prices surged sharply in Europe in the last week due to favorable market conditions in the region.
In Europe, average prices bolstered higher by US$ 35/ton and assessed at US$ 1180/ton in the last week as compared to the previous week, a gain of 3.06 per cent.
Meanwhile in US, average prices stepped up by 1 cents/pound and secured at 13 cents/pound in the last week, a climb of 8.33 per cent as compared to the previous week due to sustained strong product demand in the region.
