Ethylene prices shrink in US past week

Ethylene prices inched down in US in the last week despite higher upstream energy values in the region.
In US, average prices declined a bit by 1 cents/pound and quoted at 13 cents/pound in the last week, a fall of 7.14 per cent as compared to the previous week.
Meanwhile in Europe, average prices dropped by US$ 5/ton and recorded at US$ 1265/ton in the last week, a declination of 0.39 per cent as compared to the previous week due to insipid market conditions in the region.
