European propylene plunges, keeps steady in US last week

Propylene prices plunged steeply in Europe in the last week ended September 11 due to insipid market sentiments. But, due to dull buying sentiments, average prices remained stable in the US.
In Europe, average prices contracted by € 210/ton or 27.81 per cent and were quoted at € 545/ton in the last week, as compared to its previous week.
In US, average prices were steady and were assessed at 15 cents/pound in the last week, as against its prior week.
