European & US benzene down last week from bearish demand

Benzene prices went down in Europe and the US in the last week ended March 18 due to bearish product demand in the region.
In Europe, average prices decreased by US$ 20/ton or 2.99 per cent and were quoted at US$ 650/ton in the last week, as compared to its previous week.
In US, average prices descended by 20 cents/gallon and were spotted at 200 cents/gallon in the last, down a steep 9.09 per cent as against its prior week.
