Exhibitor numbers climb at Yarn Expo Autumn

The October 2016 edition of Yarn Expo Autumn will see number of exhibitors climb from 258 to over 270, who will come from 12 countries and regions including China, Hong Kong, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, etc.

In order to accommodate this rising number of exhibitors, Messe Frankfurt, the organiser has increased exhibition space by 35 per cent to over 11,500 sq. metres, a new record for the show.

Yarn Expo Autumn will showcase a wide spectrum of natural and blended yarns including cotton, wool, flax, regenerated flax, elastic, fancy and blended yarns.

Messe Frankfurt has designated four display zones at the textile fair, namely Natural Cotton Zone, Colourful Chemical Fibre Zone, Fancy Yarn Zone and E-Commerce Zone.

The Natural Cotton Zone will focus on the theme of eco-friendly technology in which rotor and vortex yarn spinner Bazhou Jinfu Yarn will present specialty yarns and differentiated viscose yarn.

The new Eco-friendly Fibre Area will highlight innovative fibres as well as eco-friendly low carbon fibres, in which Zhejiang Jiaren will show recycled polyester fibre made from a chemical circulation and regeneration production system.

In the Fancy Yarn Zone, Shouguang Jiaxin will display coloured spun slub yarn, coloured spun segment-colour yarn and coloured spun AB yarn.

Yarn Expo Autumn 2016 will be held concurrently with another three textile trade events; Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics; China International Fashion Fair (CHIC) and PH Value. (AR)
