FESPA announces dates for FESPA 2018 expo

FESPA, Federation of European Screen Printers Associations and organiser of leading screen printing expos, has announced that FESPA 2018, a global event for screen, digital, and textile print, will be held at Messe Berlin, Germany, from May 15 to 18, 2018. The expo will cover nine halls of the Berlin Messe showing digital and textile printing solutions.

FESPA 2018 will again be co-located with European Sign Expo for non-printed visual communication solutions.

Roz Guarnori, (née McGuinness) divisional director, FESPA said, “We always consult with our exhibitors on the location of our shows and Berlin was one of the favourites. We’ve received positive reactions from exhibitors for the Berlin event, which is evident from the floor space already booked and optioned, even before FESPA 2017 began.”

“Berlin is a favourite city as many of our exhibitors have positive memories of our last Berlin event back in 2007. It is the capital and largest city in Germany and the seventh largest in Europe, and a world renowned centre for culture, politics, media and science. Importantly, Berlin is a continental air and rail traffic hub, accessible from all major European and international cities,” he added.

When FESPA was last located in Berlin, it attracted increased attendance from Eastern Europe, especially Poland and Russia, in addition to the traditional core audience from Western Europe. (GK)
