Propylene prices showed mixed trend in Asia on Friday.
In Japan and SE Asia, propylene prices kept inert due to mute business indications.
In Japan, propylene prices were constant at US$ 1,160/ton on Friday as compared to the previous day.
In SE Asia, propylene prices were unchanged and secured at US$ 1,085/ton on Friday as compared to Thursday.
In Korea and China, propylene prices slipped due to limited availability of the product.
In Korea, propylene prices slumped by US$ 15/ton while settling at US$ 1,125/ton on Friday as compared to US$ 1,140/ton on Thursday.
In China, propylene prices dropped by US$ 15/ton on Friday as compared to the previous day and finalized at US$ 1,175/ton.
