Global manufacturers to share insights on shirt making

Manufacturers from various parts of the world will discuss innovative and latest solutions to shirt making at the seminar on 'The Art of Shirt Making' on September 15 in New Delhi. The one-day seminar by the Tantu Textile Alumni Association will be a guide light to the Indian manufacturers and help them sustain the competition in the global market.

The seminar has already garnered attention from manufacturers and technology solutions providers from India and Bangladesh alike. "The panel discussions will be a rare treat to enjoy with video clippings and curated discussions. The experts from some of the finest Shirtmakers from India, Bangladesh, Srilanka and Indonesia will be on panel," Dr Prabir Jana, president, Tantu and seminar chairman, said.

The panelists include Abhishek Tiwary from Hugo Boss, Switzerland; Efren Pineda, head of technical & quality, Laguna Clothing, India; Sajed Seraj, Elite Garments, Bangladesh and Sudhakaran Gurunathan, AVP quality, Madura Garments, India.

Tantu Textile Alumni Association is the North India chapter of two iconic textile colleges of West Bengal. As a group of core professionals serving textile and allied industries, Tantu will bring together experts and working professionals on a common platform to discuss, debate and deliberate on issues related to textile industry so that the industry accrue optimum benefit from the services of professionals and sustain in the competitive market.
