“It is divided in three zones with progressive setting and stays noticeably cleaner, while the new designed durelastic foundation results in an improved positioning of the flat teeth,” it said.
Graf will also present new products for the combing process like the X-Comb segments, which can be used on comb-bodies from other manufacturers and makes Graf technology accessible in other segments.
“The comb-segments made of steel undergo a special surface treatment, which eliminates the need for a running-in period as production can start immediately,” Graf added.
“In addition, mounting of comb segments is fast, easy and secure, as a result, productivity increases and due to low weight of comb-segments, combing becomes faster and energy use reduced,” the company noted.
Graf will additionally have a separate booth in the nonwoven section of ITMA 2015, where it will present its range of products for applications in the production of nonwoven fabrics.
“Special emphasis will be on the well-proven Hipro-range of metallic card clothings, recently introduced to the nonwovens industry,” the company stated.
Graf is a supplier of clothings and combs in the field of carding, combing and non-woven processes and its sales network includes representatives and branch offices all over the world. (AR)
