Huntsman Corp appoints two senior level executives

Huntsman Corporation, a global manufacturer and marketer of differentiated chemicals has appointed Kimo Esplin as executive vice president, strategy and investment and promoted Sean Douglas to executive vice president and chief financial officer. Both positions will directly report to the CEO Peter Huntsman and are effective January 1, 2017.
In his new role, Kimo Esplin, who had served as the company's CFO for 17 years, will focus on executing the planned spinoff of the Pigments & Additives and Textile Effects divisions.
Sean Douglas, who joined Huntsman in 1990, will be responsible for Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Tax, Investor Relations, Corporate Development and Information Technology. (AR)
