Iluna Group bags Interfeel' Award at Interfiliere Shanghai

The Iluna Group, involved in knitting, dyeing, or finishing warp knit fabrics, along with Roica by Asahi Kasei, has been named the winner of the fourth edition of the Interfeel’ Award in the sustainability category at the Interfiliere Shanghai expo. The textile exhibition will be held on September 26 and 27, 2018. Iluna Group will be present in booth 1C11.

At the Interfeel ’Awards, a selection of worldwide recognised professional of the intimates, swimwear, and sportswear industry reward the know-how and expertise in the textile industry. The Interfeel’ Award Sustainability recognise the continuous commitment of Iluna Group in researching smart materials and developing responsible innovation. The awards ceremony will take place on September 26, 2018 in the Central hall of SEC, Iluna said in a press release.

In line with the powerful global trend towards smarter fashion solutions, Iluna Group has launched its Embroidery Division. The new Embroidery Division offers a complete and innovative product match in line with the modern expectations of brands and retailers.

The company will display the eco-velvet lace entirely made of sustainable materials including Roica Eco-Smart Family, Tencel Lyocell, and QNova. Within the Black Label collection, the Ultralight series, enriched with new multi-colour geometric and floral galloons and allovers will be seen.

Green Label collection, the Iluna dedicated range featuring a new responsible approach in respect of the planet and people, will be displayed at the expo. In addition to the all over, jacquard, double jacquard and mesh offer, the line also features new stretch Galloon laces fully made with GRS certified recycled materials, including the stretch thanks to the introduction of the unique Roica sustainable yarn part of the Roica Eco-Smart Family.

Iluna can also boast its new STeP (Sustainable Textile Production) certification by Oeko-Tex, a certification that clarifies and communicates the company’s sustainable production commitment. In addition to this, all products are OekoTex 100 certified. The company will also talk about the new eshop offering its exclusive materials to smaller companies looking for added values as: creativity, innovation, made in Italy, and responsibility. (GK)
