Marzoli to introduce new roving frames at ITMA 2015

At the upcoming ITMA 2015 in Milan, Italian textile machinery manufacturer Marzoli will introduce its new roving frames, the FT60 and FT70 in hall H2 and booth G-118.
“FT60 and FT70 roving frames rely on multi-motor drive systems and modular design and can have up to 224 spindles,” the company said in a press release.
According to Marzoli, the completely electronic drafting system of the FT60 and FT70 ensures the highest degree of flexibility.
“The draft can be changed by simply inserting the new draft parameter on the touch screen interface and no mechanical modification is required,” it added.
Also due to Marzoli's end-to-end production management platform (YARNET), the draft can also be inserted remotely like from the production manager's computer.
It further added that the FT60 and FT70 roving frames are fully integrated with the Marzoli Bobbin Transport systems and ring frames through specific mechanic solutions and software production control platform.
“This helps realise a superior and fully integrated spinning section, maximising overall coordination and effectiveness of roving and spinning operations through a constant and regular supply, allowing for full productivity,” Marzoli informed.
“Marzoli's FT60 and FT70 roving frames represent outstanding machines also from the point of view of energy savings thanks to Marzoli most advanced on-board green technology,” it observed. (AR)
