Monforts shows new finishing techniques at India ITME

A Monforts, a Germany-based textile machinery manufacturer, displayed latest developments in finishing techniques at the recently held India ITME 2016, the 10th India international textile machinery exhibition, from December 3 to 8, 2016, at the Bombay Convention and Exhibition Centre, NSE Complex, Goregaon, Mumbai, in hall 5, booth A14/B13.

Monforts, participating at India ITMA on the stand of its local representative, ATA, highlighted its latest developments for finishing under low moisture application with Eco Applicator; advanced concepts for continuous dying with Econtrol T-CA process jointly developed with DyStar; and new solutions for energy saving finishing of denim fabrics with the new ECO Denim stretching unit; and double rubber twin compressive shrinking unit.

The Company also highlighted new solutions for energy saving and heat recovery with the integrated Eco Booster self-cleaning heat recovery unit and a non-stop processing conditions. The additional exhaust air cleaning unit can be directly linked to the Eco Booster.

Experienced Monforts technologists were on hand to provide detailed advice at the exhibition. The Monforts Advanced Technology Centre in Mönchengladbach could also be booked at the show for trials with all kinds of fabrics including coating of technical textiles under high temperature conditions.
