New products from Trützschler Card Clothing in Barcelona

Trützschler Card Clothing TCC will introduce new product developments in the fields of spinning preparation and nonwoven carding. For the users, the application of these new clothings results in an improvement in quality and efficiency.

For spinning:
- Flats series NovoTop A with up to 20% improved yarn quality
- NovoDoff 30 for 30% production increase when carding synthetics.
- Cylinder clothings with FGX1 geometry that will never have to be resharpen.

For nonwoven carding:
- Workers and doffers with double-groove geometry and large capacity for the reduction of fibre fly and optimal web doffing.
- Scale free surfaces ensuring best performance for critical materials.
- Interlocked base geometry on finest clothings for optimal safety.
