Spot market of China's CPL imports appears flat

The Chinese spot market of caprolactam (CPL) imports appeared flat, yesterday. Trading atmosphere was flat and actual negotiation was limited.
Market offers were around US $2530-2550 / ton (CFR China main port L/C 90 days), sporadic bids from downstream sector were around US $2450-2500 / ton. But, market negotiations focused on US $2500-2520 / ton.
The domestic CPL spot market too was subdued. Trading atmosphere looked light and actual market negotiation was scarce.
Cargo holders offered around 21,800-22,000 Yuan / ton, market bids focused on 21,500 Yuan / ton and market discussion centered around 21,500-21,800 Yuan / ton.
