Chinese PX imports rise phenomenally in Nov

China's PX imports reached 502,300 tons in November 2011, up 21.44 percent from the previous month when it stood at 413,600 tons.
However, it grew phenomenally when compared with November 2010, when it shot up by 201,500 tons or just a shade below 67 percent.
The average import price stood at US $1,565 / ton in November, down 5.66 percent from average price in October, but up 34.28 percent from a year earlier.
