“A matching coverup is the most essential accessory to the perfect suit,” reports Waldman. “And we're now able to offer the same eco-friendly style in coverups that we've offered in swimwear since the beginning,” says Waldman.
Long gone are the days of choosing between a one piece and a bikini. 2012 will be the season of flexible styling, and ECO SWIM BY AQUA GREEN predicts tankinis, boy shorts-inspired suits, and swim dresses will take the center stage. “Of course, the tried and true one and two piece suits will be favorites, too,” says Waldman. “The classic look of a classic fit just can't be beat,” says Waldman.
Top prints and patterns from 2012 draw inspiration from eras gone by. Color blocking will remind many swimmers of the 1980s, and stripes and polka dots will remind many of the 1940s and 50s.
