Chinese CPL spot import market stable

Spot market of caprolactam (CPL) imports showed transient stability on February 28, cargo holders were reluctant to sell at cheap price and active offers were rare in the market.
Sporadic offers were in the range of US $2850-2860 / ton (CFR China main port L/C, 90 days). Downstream bids were in the range of US $2800-2830 / ton. Actually negotiated price was in the range of US $2830-2840 / ton.
China's spot market of caprolactam in terms of RMB was light on February 28. Cargo holders made few offers.
Sporadic offers were in the range of 23,500-23,600 Yuan / ton. Downstream manufacturers bid around 23,300 Yuan / ton and actually negotiated price was in the range of 23,300-23,500 Yuan / ton.
