KBC installs Double Storey Hank Dyeing Machine at Swami

KB Corporation a reputed Ahmedabad-based producer of textile machinery and equipment has recently installed a “Double Storey” Hank Dyeing Machine at Swami Threads, a leading producer of cotton yarn situated near Gandhinagar – Gujarat.

The capacity of the installed machine is 400 kg./charge and is a fully automatic machine fabricated from stainless steel 316L. The hank dyeing machine works under static pressure and high temperature and its liquor ratio is approximately 1:8.

The machine is equipped with main cabinet, preparation tank, coil type heat exchanger, quick drain valve and an arrangement for closing doors. It also has a digital temperature indicator and controller to maintain temperature inside the chamber.

It also incorporates a control panel board equipped with timers, forward-reverse two way switches, electric accessories for automatic and manual operation, push button and signal lights.
