FXI opens new innovation centre for foam products

FXI, a leading producer of foam products, including those used in home furnishings, has unveiled a new Research and Innovation Centre in Aston, Pennsylvania, US.
Chemists and engineers at the new state-of-the-art innovation centre will engage in research and innovation in foam products to support FXI's growth in various markets, including home textiles.
The company said it especially plans to invest in automated facilities to create innovative new bedding products, such as pillows and other items, which in turn, would spur its growth.
It added that based on its current leadership in foam product innovation combined with the planned investments, FXI will be able to strengthen its position in home furnishings market, especially in bedding items.
