China's CPL import spot market rises marginally

China's spot market of caprolactam (CPL) imports rose slightly on March 26. Trading atmosphere was cautious, actual turnover was limited.
Cargo holders offered at around US $2,800 / ton (CFR China main port, L/C 90 days), downstream bids were around $2,700 / ton and actual negotiation lingered at $2,750 / ton.
China's CPL domestic spot market appeared light on March 26. Stock holders made few initiative offers and the market was covered with wait-and-see atmosphere.
Sporadic offers were in the range of 22,300-22,400 Yuan / ton, downstream manufacturers bid around 22,100 Yuan / ton and actual negotiation hovered around 22,200 Yuan / ton.
