Kate Spain to design PHI's new kitchen textile line

Peking Handicraft Inc. (PHI), a US based producer and wholesaler of textiles and home décor items, will launch a new range of kitchen textiles and has signed Kate Spain, a home textiles and furnishings designer, for designing the new range.

The new collection named 'Kate's Kitchen' would come in a casual as well as a winter season look.

The line would be launched at different market events across the US, including in Chicago, New York and Dallas, during this spring.

Spain, who looks upon her association with PHI and its founders, the Lo family, as the ideal one for the significant and emerging kitchen textile segment, said PHI has a real eye for style and visual design, in addition to a firm commitment to offer the best quality to its customers.

Other suppliers and leading retailers including Moda Fabric, Crate and Barrel, Andrews McMeel, the Mead Brand, Creative Converting, Cardstore.com and international Greetings and the Gift Wrap Company are some other license bearers of Spain's artwork and designs.
