Spandex trends stable-to-firm in last fortnight

In the previous fortnight, Spandex market remained stable-to-firm as market fundamentals remained moderate.
During the first half of the fortnight, market season was not busy. Spandex market faced a clear shortage of orders from weaving industries.
Due to heavy cost pressures, spandex production plants are expected to reconsider their operating rates.
In the second half of the fortnight, Spandex market remained vulnerable as downstream demand declined. At the same time, downstream consumers had plentiful of stocks.
