Advanced Petrochem restarts its plants after maintenance

Referring to the pervious announcement made by Advanced Petrochemical Company on May 1, 2012 concerning the start of the regular maintenance scheduled, Advanced announced the successful completion of the regular routine and preventive maintenance of the manufacturers of propylene "PDH" and polypropylene "PP" and also the successful start of both plants on the 22nd of May.
Advanced Petrochemical Company (ADVANCED), a Saudi joint stock venture, commercial production was started in the first quarter of 2008. The facility produces 450 thousands tones per year of polypropylene. PP enjoys high international demand as it can be processed by virtually all thermoplastic-processing methods.
