China's spot market of PTA imports appeared light on June 5. Market offers for Taiwan goods were in the range of US $945-950 / ton, downstream manufacturers bid around US $920-930 / ton and actual negotiations focused on US $930-935 / ton.
Offers for Korean goods were about US $930 / ton, downstream factories bid around US $910 / ton and actual negotiations were priced in the range of US $910-920 / ton.
PTA market in North China performed plain and actual talks were light on June 5. Market offers were in the range of 7450-7550 Yuan / ton, downstream manufacturers bid around 7350 Yuan / ton and actual negotiation was in the range of 7350-7450 Yuan / ton. Trading atmosphere looked plain in the market.
PTA market in East China was flat and actual turnover was rare on June 5. Cargo holders offered in the range of 7400-7500 Yuan / ton, downstream bid was around 7300 Yuan / ton, actual negotiation was in the range of 7350-7400 Yuan / ton.
