MDP on 'Strategizing Operations in Retail Marketing'

Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad (MICA) will be organizing a three-day Management Development Programme (MDP) on ‘Strategizing Operations in Retail Marketing’ from 26th July to 28th July, 2012. The MDP will be conducted by Dr. Mini Mathur, a Ph. D.  in retail Marketing, and co-author of  ‘Retail Management: A Strategic Approach’ with B Berman and J R Evans (published by Pearson, 2011).

This MDP takes a strategic approach to retail operations as fundamental to successful retail marketing, including all aspects of retail business – be it strategic planning, retail operations, store branding, IMC, store management, negotiations, shopper behaviour, CRM or providing enriching customer experience.

The MDP on ‘Strategizing Operations in Retail Marketing’ is specially designed for senior level managers responsible for strategic decision making to enhance operating efficiency and retail store profitability. Targeted at managers from retailing industry and mall management companies, the MDP will also be beneficial for senior and middle level executives managing retail network of company-owned or franchisee owned retail stores.
