Chinese benzene market based on consolidation

The Chinese benzene market is mainly based on consolidation, so prices are basically stable.

Although crude oil prices have fallen slightly, firm trend of overseas offers provides support to benzene market.

Pure benzene market was light in East China on July 4. Offers were in the range of 7400-7450 Yuan / ton, bids were for around 7350 Yuan / ton and negotiation was in the range of 7350-7380 Yuan / ton.

Lack of downstream demand is restricting benzene market. In view of favorable support from overseas offers in recent time, benzene prices are expected to go higher slowly.

Sinopec's East China Branch has set its benzene listing price at 7300 Yuan / ton.
