Schoeller's fabric range focuses on lifestyle, sportswear

With the award winning corkshell technology from Schoeller, it is now possible to combine the outstanding properties of natural cork with those of exclusive,  redominantly washable woolen fabrics. For example, in Winter 2013/14 corkshell in a voluminous schoeller-shape with a richly contrasting three dimensional interior through which the cork coating shimmers, or the cozy schoeller-WB-400 in a rustic glen check look and silvery, fun fur is exceptionally warm and extremely comfortable to wear.

A further ecological innovation from Schoeller is ecorepel, the fluorocarbonfree finishing technology for natural water repellence. Schoeller presents this impregnation on fascinating fabrics that always look perfect in sunshine and in rain.

Available in a washable schoeller-shape worsted wool blend with c_change climate membrane in a ripstop-like check design or a lightweight, soft schoeller-shape summer variation with distinctive twill weave in glowing coral, soft blue tinged grey or classic black.

The new USP (“Ultralight Soft Protection”) technology similarly reflects the zeitgeist in modern fabrics. The fabrics are ultralight compared to those with similar functions. The vibrant green, silvery grey or petrol colored crosscut elastic schoeller-styltec in a smooth, technical look or the cotton/polyamide variation in glossy jeans look provides protection from the rain as a light spring/autumn jacket as well as being windproof and, by naturally breathable.

Black continues to be a major theme and still has the capacity to surprise in opulent looks. Cord is undergoing a revival and is offered by Schoeller in a soft-shell variation. The schoeller-WB-400 babycord is velvety soft and has an attractive, napped Jersey reverse. By contrast, the smooth, shiny elastic schoeller-spirit with its bold, elegant gloss outshines everything else and as a jacket is sure to catch the eye.

Space-age and ultralight with a neon orange brilliance, the schoeller-spirit fabric with ecorepel in three-dimensional transparency will cause a sensation when used for inserts or accessories. A colorful counterpoint to this glamour is supplied by silky fabrics in pastel tones, such as the soft, iridescent mint green of a schoeller-spirit fabric with shimmering mother-of-pearl effect.
