The new season of Moda Accessories is set be a hub of inspiration as a host of new international signings add even more individuality, style and glamour to the spring/summer 13 event, which takes places from 12-14 August at the NEC Birmingham.

This August labels including Sence Copenhagen, Karma, Makki, Saccoo, Desalai, Benjamin Brown, London Fashion Bags, Hobo Bags, Studio 19, Flora Brown Designs and more will make first time appearances interpreting the hottest trends for bags, jewellery, millinery, and scarves.

Complementing the ready-to-wear fashions of the season will be the new jewellery range from young designer brand Sence Copenhagen. Natural materials and semi-precious stones are used to create an individual look for the modern trend-setting woman. Described as a ‘curator of global jewellery trends’, UK label Karma joins the line-up this season with an ethnic and vintage-influenced range of bracelets, rings, earrings and necklaces.

British and Italian designed handbags, totes, clutches, wallets and purses in classic shapes receive luxury reworkings from Makki with collections created from exotic eel skins. A favourite with the Duchess of Cambridge, the head-turning products also feature bespoke screen printed linings to ensure quality inside and out. Dutch newcomer Saccoo prides itself on authenticity and real, traditional craftsmanship. Each item in its leather bag range is entirely made by hand and its exclusive tanning process ensures no two bags are the same. Newcomers Desalai, Benjamin Brown, London Fashion Bags and Hobo Bags will also debut their respective lines this summer.

New arrival Studio 19 makes its spring/summer 13 debut with patterned and printed scarves in a multitude of colour palettes to ensure every occasion is catered for whilst Flora Brown Designs introduces its vibrant scarf designs to the event also for the first time.

Collections from show regulars Boxfresh, Bulaggi, Irregular Choice, Ouch Bags, Bolla, Capiz, Topazglow, Casa Di Stella, Jewel City, Gemma J Millinery, Failsworth Millinery, Suzanne Bettley, John Halifax, Moore and Moore, Natraj, Storm London,  Icon Watches plus many more will also be available.

New brands in the footwear hall include Spanish label Panama Jack as it presents an extensive summer range of hand-made sandals, clogs, loafers and boots. Israeli brand CoupleOf and Brakeburn are more names to look out for.

The industry’s leading contemporary and lifestyle brands will boast stand-out collections with dip-dye trends from Fly London, a street and surf-inspired range from Rocket Dog, textured fabrics, prints and exclusive sole designs courtesy of Base London plus great new collections from Mephisto, Ikon Footwear, Skechers, Mustang, Rockport, Geox, ARA, Peter Kaiser, Dude Shoes, Fiona McGuinness, Josef Seibel, Marco Tozzi, Xti, Chipmunks, Garvalin, Ricosta and more.

Select, the urban and contemporary footwear and menswear zone, welcomes Jack & Jones for the first time with its casual and smart footwear collections as well as the Jack & Jones Premium and Vintage ranges. Palladium is also new to Select and Moda this August and will be in attendance alongside the likes of Wrangler Footwear, T.U.K. Shoes and Grinders.
