German textile company Langheinrich Vertriebs GmbH is planning to foray in the east European markets with an operational network that will be managed from Belarus.

The company, which already owns an assembly plant in the village of Divin in Brest Oblast province’s Kobrin district since 2005, is set to establish another manufacturing hub in the same Belarusian province, confirmed Burkhard Oel, the General Manager Langheinrich.

The General Manager also informed that the developing economic situation and the positive business climate in Belarus have propelled the firm to take the decision.

The company’s new manufacturing wing in Belarus, where majority of the goods would be produced, will enable the buyers from Eastern Europe to procure products directly from the plant, said Oel.

Founded in 1832, Langheinrich is a leader in innovative manufacturing technologies in the international market. The company manufactures a range of tablecloth and other exclusive home linens. It supplies products to exclusive hotel chains, fancy restaurants, air carriers and railway transportation companies worldwide.
