OUCC operating MEG plant at reduced rates

Taiwan based - Oriental Union Chemical Corp. (OUCC) is operating its monoethylene glycol (MEG) plant at reduced rates. 
 
“The MEG plant is currently operating at 85% rates due to lower demand from the market”, an OUCC official informed fibre2fashion. 
 
Located at Lin Yuan in Taiwan, the MEG plant has a production capacity of 300,000 mt/year.
