Bruckner dominates HT stenter market in China

(e) Thanks to a very good designing, the temperature of the dryer inside reaches a real max. 320°C, and due to the special material insulation it still keeps a normal surrounding temperature outside of the compartments. Additionally, the chain and its lubrication system is the heart of this machine and allows a stable running of the web under high temperature conditions.

Business perspectives and market forecast:

Following China’s new policy for a high-standard environment protection and low carbon emission (to reach European level within a not too long period) all above mentioned industrial fields will be set up with more strict regulations. This means that the demand for high temperature filtration material will increase.

We are sure that BRÜCKNER as the market leader of stenter manufacturers will be asked to reply to such new technical requests, for example by replacing the horizontal chain by a vertical chain, by increasing the temperature from 320°C to 350°C. For fashion materials the  customer needs a complete crease-proof process in the same machine and not only for non-woven needle punched web, but also for woven goods and both need high temperature processes, sometimes even together with a stretching function in this high temperature range.

Some companies in China are already on this way. The next "high season" for our high temperature stenter should be in one and a half or in two years because at that moment the good companies will just have set up their next new factories (for example Savings or even BWF) and after the re-organization of the market, the new sitation for domenstic demand and export business will be clearer. I esti-mate that BRÜCKNER will have a chance for another 3 to 4 HT stenter orders in this market during the next sales peak.
