Lukoil implements top level staff changes

By virtue of an OAO LUKOIL decree, signed by LUKOIL President Vagit Alekperov, the company has effected changes in its top level personnel from September 9, 2013.

Azat Shamsuarov, former Vice President for Oil and Gas Production, has been appointed Senior Vice President for Oil and Gas Production. Alexander Matytsyn, former Vice President for Finance, has been appointed Senior Vice President for Finance.

Nikolay Nikolayev, General Director of RITEK, has been appointed Vice President of OAO LUKOIL (combined duties). Thomas Mueller, former Director for Refining, has been appointed Vice President for Oil Refining, Petrochemistry, Gas Processing.

Oleg Durov, former Vice President for Oil Refining, Petrochemistry, Gas Processing, has been appointed General Director of the ISAB refinery in Italy. Stanislav Nikitin, former Director for Treasury Operations, has been appointed Vice President - Treasurer.

Andrey Gaidamaka, former Director for Investment Projects, has been appointed Vice President for Investor Relations.
