Pittsburgh Fashion Week to show the best of local industry

Once again, the best of Pittsburgh fashion industry will come forward to feature their new avant-garde creations for the coming fall season at the highly anticipated Pittsburgh Fashion Week (PFW).
Scheduled to take place from September 23 to 29, 2013, the event will feature both men’s and women’s runway shows staged by the Pittsburgh-based popular labels like Alicia Akrie, Debbie Weiss and Faith n’ Khaos.
In addition to glitzy catwalk presentations from established brands, the six-day-long soiree will also feature creations designed by six student designers from the prestigious Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
The upcoming fourth edition of PFW will also feature vendor fairs and pop-up spaces from some of the local boutiques and specialty stores.
