PX prices surge in Asian markets

Paraxylene (PX) prices surged in Asian markets. In the Southeast Asian region, PX prices rose and were quoted in the range of US$ 1465/ton to US$ 1470/ton. In the Far East Asian market, PX prices were assessed at US$ 1445/ton. Prices of PX imported from the Taiwanese market maintained a steady trend and were assessed in the range of US$ 1460/ton to US$ 1465/ton.
