JX Nippon to restart aromatics plant on Oct 19

JX Nippon Oil & Energy Corporation is likely to restart its Sendai, Japan-based aromatics plant on October 19, 2013, after a maintenance turnaround.
“The plant is under a maintenance turnaround since September 18, 2013,” a company official told fibre2fashion.
The plant has annual capacity to produce 470,000 mt of isomer-grade Mixed Xylene and 90,000 mt of benzene.
