JX Nippon Oil & Energy restarts RFCC post-maintenance

JX Nippon Oil & Energy Corporation has initiated the restart process of the residue fluid catalytic cracker (RFCC) located at Sendai, Japan.
The on spec production is expected to be achieved by October 22nd night.
The RFCC was shutdown for maintenance turnaround on September 16, 2013.
The cracker has Propylene production capacity of 100,000 mt/yr.
