Sawgrass to distribute MS digital textile printers in US

The MS printer line runs at print speeds ranging from 1670 square feet per hour on the JP-4 model to up to 75 meters per minute on the La Rio. In response to the technical challenge of printing at these speeds, Sawgrass developed new specialized dye sublimation and pigment inks with patented RMI rheology modified ink technology. These inks provide the finest image quality and highest reliability ever achieved with industrial digital textile production on this scale.

Sawgrass offers the RMI technology in the SubliM K+ dye sublimation inks (transfer paper), SubliM Direct K+ inks (direct to fabric printing for polyesters), and M-XTR pigment inks (natural and synthetic fabric printing).

MS and Sawgrass partnered together to develop the optimum performance combination for speed and quality across applications that makes it possible for customers in the apparel, home textiles and art and décor markets to achieve new levels of profitability.

Sawgrass will be demonstrating the MS JP-4 printer with the SubliM K+ ink set for the first time at SGIA, Booth 267.
