Jiangsu Pyramid installs Rieter rotor & compact machines

Pyramid is committed to high quality yarn spun on Rieter R 60 rotor spinning machines and K 45 compact spinning machines. In order to optimally promote their yarns in the market, they decided to become a Com4 licensee for rotor and compact yarns, thereby profiting from Rieter’s marketing activities.

At present, 10 fully automatic rotor spinning machines as well as 22 compact spinning machines, equipped with the ISM Individual Spindle Monitoring and SPIDERweb mill monitoring system have been installed.

Pyramid is equipped with the Rieter SERVOtrail automatic transport system that transfers roving bobbins from the roving frame to the compact spinning machine. Customers benefit from a transport system tailor-made for their needs. Automatic roving bobbin transport enables yarn quality improvement by eliminating manual handling or touching, mixing up or accidental aging of roving bobbins.

The automatic link system between ring spinning and the cone winder machine directly links up the two most time consuming and labor intensive processes, not only to ensure and improve the product quality and significantly reduce labor.

With the advanced spinning machines and optimum combination of these two automatic transport systems (SERVOtrail and link to cone winder), Pyramid effortlessly achieves productivity increase, labor reduction and product quality improvement.
