Dow China receives 'National Corporate Citizenship' award

The award was presented by the China Committee of Corporate Citizenship, which is a non-government organization (NGO) dedicated to promoting corporate citizenship. The organization screened applicants over a five month period and included an expert panel review and online public comment and consultation.

Dow China volunteer hours increased significantly in 2013, from 1,500 hours in 2011 to over 4,500 hours so far this year. In addition to global programs such as Junior Achievement and Habitat for Humanity, participation in multiple local programs also demonstrated Dow’s commitment as a responsible corporate citizen.
